Arrivals & Departures:
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: We welcome guests from 3.00 pm on the arrival date and ask guests to leave before 10am on the departure date. Luggage can be stored on site. Prior to arrival we will send you an information pack. ON ARRIVAL you will find milk, tea/coffee, and bread. All linen and towels are provided.
Bookings & Cancellations:
BOOKING: A deposit of 50% of the rental fee will be payable to confirm the booking and the balance should be paid 30 days before the start of your stay. Should you book less than 30 days in advance the full rental fee will be required..
CANCELATION
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation we will issue:
100% refund within 24 hours after booking (provided the stay is at least 60 days away)
50% refund of the amount paid (minus the admin fee*) if cancelled at least 8 weeks before check-in
25% refund: of the amount paid (minus the admin fee*) if cancelled at least 4 weeks before check-in
No refund: if cancelled less than 4 weeks before check-in
*admin fee £49
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: £200 will be secured against each booking and returned within 14 days of stay
PAYMENT METHOD: bank transfer.
NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion
- Minimum stay: 2 nights or 3 nights during bank holidays and school holidays
- Additional Guests £35.00 per night - can sleep 11 people (2 comfortable futons available)

- Christmas and New Year rental charged at weekend rates based on 10 guests
